We had a busy first day in San Fran. We got in to Oakland at 7:00 am, and spent an hour stuck in traffic on the bay bridge. We finally got to our hotel and proceeded on foot to Chinatown, Union Square and Fisherman's wharf. My feet are killing me. We ended the day with a tour of Alcatraz which was really cool.

You guys are quite the tourists! I can't wait to see where your ambitions take us in New York!...Wen-you're a convincing prisoner! It sounds like you guys are having fun! I talked to Mom today and she said that Soph didn't wash her hair well and it's gonna be kinda greasy for her soccer pictures. So heads up on that one.
It looks like you guys had a fun time. San Francisco is amazing and there is so much to do!!
